Calling In All Quarters From Around the Country

I wonder if we could receive a state quarter from every state in the U.S. ... given to us by a resident of that particular state. Now, that would be fun!

I am going to ask for a particular state to send us their state quarter until we receive one from every state. And I figure, we will work our way from east to west and maybe back again.

So, my fellow Mainers, I am going to start with you... home sweet home. If someone out there in the "Way Life Should Be" State will send us a Maine State Quarter (as shown above) , we will give you some publicity here on this site. And not just any publicity ... but some real heartfelt thanks and loving gratitude. Your photo (if provided) will be shown here and maybe you will be "discovered" in a new and fruitful way by someone or someones unexpected. It can happen!

So, come on Maine ... we promise to give that quarter back to you once we pay our first tax bill on our new home.

Phylameana lila Desy

What a wonderful day!

Today I went to my mailbox and much to my surprise I received a quarter from Phylameana lila Desy! Now, I have never met Phyl but I did quote her in my last post: "We create our own reality. We attract those things in our life that we focus on." I found this quote when I was googling for information on Deliberate Creation and the Law of Attraction and decided to use it when talking about Patrick's Madonna story.

Phylameana sent a lovely note along with her quarter that simply says, "Manifesting Blessings to You!" What a treat. I get so giddy when I receive an unexpected kindness from a stranger. People loving people who they don't "know" in the traditional sense is nothing short of amazing. These sweet little kindnesses can truly brighten up a day (and subsequent days when the story is retold).

So, thank you Phyl. You are love and light.

Patrick "Meets" Madonna

Patrick Fogarty's quarter arrived as promised! And so, I shall continue to tell some of his Madonna story here.

As I stated earlier, Patrick is the world's greatest Madonna fan. He is also a man that makes his dreams come true - through his positive energy, his enthusiasm, and his perseverance.

He wanted to meet Madonna. And so, he did. (In a way).

As Patrick and his friend Jill tell the story, Patrick received quite a bit of attention from Madonna throughout her recent Boston concert that he and Jill attended. Apparently, Patrick had one of the best seats in the house. He was seat #8 in the front row of 14 seats. (See picture of Patrick at concert). A security guard commented to him that he had the best seat there ... smack dab in the middle... right in front of where Madonna does her sexy chair dance. And Patrick was not disappointed ...

Madonna not only gave Patrick the "peep show" of a lifetime, but she also handed him the microphone to sing a song with her! (And of course, he knew every line). As his friend Jill tells it, Madonna engaged with Patrick on several occasions. See, Jill was in the "nose-bleed" section of the concert (she did not attend with Patrick but just happened to be at the same concert) and she would constantly see Patrick up on the big screen that is displayed for those who cannot see the stage. She said that Patrick's face was constantly on the screen while Madonna was singing to him, etc. And I am sure that he was always beaming!

Now, it does not surprise me for a second that Patrick experienced such incredible encounters with Madonna. It does not surprise me that he obtained the best seat in the house ("accidently" by the way) or that she chose him to sing to or that she consistently directed her attention toward him. Because that is how the Law of Attraction works. "We create our own reality. We attract those things in our life that we focus on." (Phylameana lila Desy).

Patrick's story came to me at the right time. Just as I was focusing on manifesting one of my own life goals, I received an e-mail from Patrick telling me that he had just fulfilled one of his. Alleluiah! I was then further inspired to continue working with the Universe (God, Creator, etc) to bring to fruition one of my life long dreams: I wish to live in a house by the Maine coast within the next 5 years.

And thus, this blog was created in an effort to realize that dream. Send us a quarter, and we'll give you some publicity. Just 25 cents and a stamp gets you some kind words, a photo display, and some heartfelt gratitude. It also gets you a free lifetime membership into our "Quarters For Fame" Hall of Fame! (Wow...who knew that life could get this good!)

Anyway, thanks to Patrick for being the first to grace this blog with your story (and your quarter). You really know how to manifest your dreams! I am looking forward to hearing more inspiring stories from you in the future (I happen to know that Patrick has many stories of fullfilled dreams to share). OUR FIRST QUARTER!

Ok, so it's "in the mail", but I have good reason to believe that it will be here shortly, so I am going to give this person the fame that is due him.

My friend, and former supervisor, Mr. Patrick Fogarty, has generously offered to send us our very first quarter. Well, actually, I think his words were, "You know me, I have to be first, so don't let anyone else send one. Mine will be in the mail TODAY."

Now, Patrick is not your ordinary man. He is quite extraordinary and does not need my help in getting him his "15 minutes of fame". He can do it all on his own, baby. Patrick is a dreamer and a doer.... a wonderful combination. He walks the earth with charisma, generosity and loads of good Karma. He is well-rewarded by the universe because he believes that all good is possible and that all of us are deserving of it. He shares with the Universe and the Universe returns the favor.

So, with all that said ... the Universe (God, Creator, whichever term you prefer) has recently rewarded him BIG TIME. Now if you met Patrick, you would likely know, within the first hour of conversation, that he is the biggest Madonna fan you have ever known. He can likely tell you what she ate for dinner this past Saturday. And he is not just some lustful fan who gets all giddy at the sight of her cleavage. He really adores and admires her. So... his greatest dream has always been to meet her....

He put it out to the Universe ... and here he is...

How Many Quarters Does It Take To Buy A Home?

Well, let's see...if I found a home along the Maine coast for about $200,000. , I would need at least 800,000 quarters to purchase it outright! However, if I was only going to put a down payment on the house, then I would only need 160,000 quarters. Hmmm... sounds like a plan! (And an exercise in both mathematics and patience).

Maybe this could work out to be some kind of "movement". Maybe if we all just shared quarters, we could all be homeowners?
